Email  Sending  Permissions

When sending Quotes or Itineraries to customers and passengers from within FlightPro 135, those emails will be from your company email address. However, because those emails are sending from the FlightPro 135 server and not your usual mail server or ISP, spam filters can see that as an attempt to spoof your email address.

This is easy to solve with a simple update to your domain name system (DNS) at your registrar (eg. GoDaddy, Network Solutions, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace etc). This DNS update is commonly referred to as Sender Policy Framework (SPF).

Go  Daddy

If you have an existing SPF TXT record (common)

  1. Locate the TXT record for SPF already in place and click Edit.
  2. To the existing record details, add "include:v2.flightpro135.com" after "v=spf1". For example, the existing record may already be there for Outlook mail and therefore you just need to add FlightPro 135 as another authorized mail sender (eg. v=spf1include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:v2.flightpro135.com ~all). Note that there is a space between each "include" entry.
  3. Click Save.

If you DON'T have an existing SPF TXT record
